1- How can I return/exchange my online order?
You can return your items purchased online within 7 days.
In case you were not satisfied with our product, Ishtar Retail offers you an online Return/Exchange by contacting our team, and in-store exchange by heading to your nearest branch.

2. When will I receive my order?
Once you place an online order from Ishtar Retail, a confirmation email will be sent to you mentioning order details and shipment updates.
Delivery time is usually between 4 and 6 business days, depending on the address, our carrier will contact you prior to the delivery date in order to verify the address and agree on the delivery time.

3. How can I cancel my order?
Your order can be cancelled free of charge, within 4 hours from purchase time by sending a cancellation email to ecom@ishtar-retail.com with your order number and details or by Contacting Us.
Once your order is in “Dispatched” status, you can no longer modify or cancel your order, but you can refuse to receive it once our Carrier calls you or reach your location.

4. What are the payment methods available?

5. I did not receive my order confirmation. Has my order gone through?
